If you only sell ghee to herdshare members, you should have to troubles. Or, like you're doing, label "not for human consumption". Loopholes around the idiocracy.
Haha that's the thing is I am one of the herd share members. But yeah, just labeling them not for human consumption going forward and hopefully the feds don't kill my dog

My farmer told me about all the regs surrounding selling edible fats. Confirmed it all with Grok.
As a catch all I brand it as decorative ghee because there's different regs for human consumption, pet consumption, etc.
I think it mainly is for other types of fats and for different settings. Made in a clean kitchen, with all clean utensils, and the last step being clarifying the butter at 270 degrees for 1.5 hours and putting it straight in a jar means nobody has anything to worry about with GreatGhee 🤙
I just don't label my stuff for now lol. But yeah, selling food has annoying regulations. Didn't know if you got popped or something
The feds haven't kicked down my door yet LOL
But I am not drawing attention to myself at the same time. Only selling on nostr and don't have any sort of digital or physical store front
