Since getting on zero $, I check the Bitcoin price 3 times a week on average.
I really only pay attention to it now when a paycheck comes in. Other than that, I don't need to check if it rips or dips since I don't have any fiat to buy more bitcoin with 🤣

Can't really explain it either. People need to go through the PoW to get the conviction to get to the final end state or zero $. Pretty fun process though
its a spiritual experience for sure
