when zapU? new event kind that has encrypted cashu...... in it. similar to a zap but in cashu.

the claimer of cashu posts back decrypted version on nostr to make it a legit zap. right now zaps are not verifiable (unless you filter based on whitelist which is not an exact science as far as i understand).
