I am test using it. So far awesome. What I noticed so far, is I have to reopen the app if I want to see instant receive.

Yep. Nobody can send it for you, you'll have to open your wallet. Ecash is a bearer asset, it must be stored by you, received by you, sent by you.
You can't import in cashu.me yet but it should work the other way round.

The App Store is a black box. They enforce their rules somewhat arbitrarily. It's often hard to know why exactly something was denied or approved.
IMHO it might make sense to try and see if it goes through. We are preparing to give it another shot in the coming weeks to see if we can get NWC deployed on Primal for iOS.

the claimer of cashu posts back decrypted version on nostr to make it a legit zap. right now zaps are not verifiable (unless you filter based on whitelist which is not an exact science as far as i understand).

But how do we learn about the reputations of mints. I don't want to just pick one from a list. I don't see many people talking about them (that could be because I'm not following the right people). All I mean to say is we need some resources for this.
Did you look at the resources i provided? This is a very new concept and as such it's best to diversify your ecash across several mints. Probably best to use multiple of the most recommended mints. But also keep in mind you shouldn't have more sats there than youre willing to lose.
For us Peter McCormacks’ out here it would be nice to have a BTC Sessions type instructional on cashu(Ben does an awsome job). I think it would go a long way in growing and onboarding people to the platform.love the drive, of the developers explaining it in layman’s terms to us dumbasses is a bit lacking

Will zaps be sent when I open cashu.me again? Or do I have to have it open at the same time? I know when using NWC through mutiny, pending zaps are processed when I open the app. Not sure if this is an exclusive thing with them tho.
I didn't want to do that, it will only process zaps that are executed while the wallet is open. I'll consider the other option. What do you think?
Needing to have the wallet open at the time of hitting the zap button feels like bad UX to me. The average person will not do this.
The receive process for Minibits is nice, where all my incoming zaps get processed when I open the app.

Hi, like the wallet, works fine between mints and with mutiny’s federation. Quite reluctant to use alby considering the way to get stable ln address requires my email . How to add sats to cashu without Kyc ?
You can get eCash by sending sats on Lightning. Gotta have Lightning enabled wallet first.
Satoshi which I have in the system transfer fine, the problem I have is to find a simple and kyc independent way to add bitcoin to the system . Any suggestions
Is the question how to get non-kyc satoshi? PoW. Write something; get some zaps. Get a paid-in-bitcoin job. Sell something for sats.
Phoenix and Muun are half-decent ways to go from on-chain to Lightning if that’s what you’re after… could also run your own node 👏

people are happy to pay for what I do but don’t use bitcoin, changing fiat to bitcoin quite easy with Kyc less so with p2p but still to do it you usually use some sort of id. I am afraid I am getting paranoid, probably too much time spent in the bitcoin/Nostr bubble.
If I use TOR in amethyst and TOR in cashu.me, and use nostr wallet connect, will it somehow expose my ISP provided IP address somehow? Sorry, this looks like magic to me.

I now know what you mean by 'keep it open'. It works! At first I tried doing it all on my phone which was a no go, but now it all makes sense. I just need to keep it open on my laptop. It also works on mutiny. We are winning!
