So, I set up my new BitAxe. Can anyone explain to me if I’m solo mining right now or if I’m pool mining. I’m not sure what the default setting is or how to change it. I’m new to this so I’m sorry if this is a dumb question.

If you turned it on and didn’t change your pool user name then if your miner happens to find a block, you won’t get the block reward credited to you. Make sure you provide the receive address for a bitcoin wallet you control as the username. No password is required for most stratum servers.
