Can the images be set inline with the chef's notes or is it just going to show as a bunch of pictures at the end? Is this where markdown comes into play?

As it is now, it is multiple images at the top. Do you mean like adding a scrolling type of feature? Or moving the additional pics below the chef notes?
I was thinking interspersed within the text. Like I describe a technique then a couple of pictures, describe something else and then a couple more pictures. I guess this is definitely a scrolling style thing.
