Users can just create a new key. Or precompute 5 and sign that they’re backup keys. Many simpler solutions than 3rd party signing servers that will centralize.

you don't have to use a third party "server" that "centralizes" that's just dumb and i don't know of any that exist. run your own. use your own. i use Amber on my android phone.
