Any advice on how to proceed? My cat has been longing for the great outside but since we moved it has become a bit dangerous to let him out.
Harness goes on just around the house, then when you're walking the cat decides where to go you just have to stay behind him or to the side.
If your cat is facing you he can reverse and get out and he will instinctually.
Remember he decides where to walk, it's not a dog so you can adjust him and pull very little but that takes time.
