Ppl are starting to see the light!

Most ppl openly accept sunlight can cause damage, yet are left dumbfounded when someone articulates the ways light is good for us.

Once I began to dig into all the ways light controls our biology… 🤯. (I’m not done digging either)

This is so true... I rarely set an alarm these days... been doing it for about six months... very curious to see how it plays out during the winter months.
