You can bluster all you want about “fuck the State”, but there is no reality, even in the most anarcho-capitalistic, stateless society where possession isn’t illegal. Ancapistan still has “laws”.
For me, at this point, it is a clear state attack on the network. We already know that Core was compromised long ago.

What are you blathering about? It has been possible to embed data into the chain long before op_return ever existed.
