It's getting so hard to keep up with technology 😩. I think best practice is to keep your phrase on pen and paper. But now I feel also it might be worth storing different portions on different cold storage devices.
Can't trust any company. For all we know , every cold storage device is like this already in the back ground.

But isn’t it problematic that the secure element can be accessed/extracted from in the first place? If this is possible, couldn’t a malicious actor do the same thing but without the encryption?
