A visual representation of something is not that something.

A visual representation of the timechain (the Bitcoin blockchain) is not the timechain.

A picture "on the blockchain" is not even a picture since the transactions supposed to act as pixels in the picture must be ordered in a certain, arbitrary way to do so.

Therefore, THERE ARE NO PICTURES ON BITCOIN!

Pretending that sats can be ordered this way is a bit like buying 10000 pairs of socks at H&M and then ordering the receipts for said socks in a way that forms a picture. The whole 100x100 sock-receipt-grid has nothing to do with the socks themselves or H&M's payment systems.

Not only is the notion of "owning a jpeg" absurd to begin with. The picture isn't even there! It's all play pretend!

So no, no one mined a block with a picture of Donald Trump in it. Stop pretending that happened. It didn't.

It's still a pretty nice parlor trick.

This got me thinking of a prank, where you send many small fiat amounts to someone you love and make each message one row of ascii art dick. Dick picks over bank statements.

Winning! The problem is the order with which they, the financial institution does the data. I guess check nice sequence, digitally would be a good hedge on results.

If you succeed then you could say, "I pulled it off!".
