3 days at least, but aiming for 6. Only warm water and salt.
Then I hope you do the 6 days 🫂 I've read so much about it. I should just do it 🫣
I told my dad about it, and he told me that Jain people actually do a fast of 8 days. I said I'd just aim for 6 for this time 😂
We're not Jain, but I will be taking on their practice of only drinking boiled water for the duration, rather than just room temp.
