3 days at least, but aiming for 6. Only warm water and salt.

I told my dad about it, and he told me that Jain people actually do a fast of 8 days. I said I'd just aim for 6 for this time 😂

We're not Jain, but I will be taking on their practice of only drinking boiled water for the duration, rather than just room temp.

Jainism is a religion. It's an offshoot of Hinduism.

Do you already have experience with fasting? So you do it often?

I've done a 24 hour fast once and intermittent now and then. This is my first long fast.
