Anybody else get a headache at the back of the head on Saturday mornings?
Suffered with them for so many years that me and my wife refer to them as my “weekend headache”

yes. often. I think it's possibly excess sleep or release of tension from the week.
Could be “excess” sleep. Usually happens if I go back to sleep. Between a rock and a hard place. Kids wake up early and I get up with them in the week. Saturday is my “lie in” day to not be just getting 5 hours all week haha
