Yeh if I remember correctly once you get passed the two week point it gets easier.
But man I feel like an old man today haha. Will push through it.

Whatever you did yesterday - squats, push ups, etc - do those again at the start of today’s workout
In very light reps.
With a ton of water.
But yes you’ll get it back fast.
Good on ya brother 👊🏼
The best workout is the one you contemplate skipping. Once you hit that point and proceed, then it will be true smooth sailing. Mind over matter.
Thanks for the support!
You're wlecome. I only began working out seriously just prior to turning 40. I know the pain when we're up in age.
I had period from 17-20 I took it seriously. But I was partying/drinking a lot back then. So it’s probably my results weren’t the best.
But I have stopped drinking I’m relatively fit just feel a bit skinny for my height. I could with looking a little bulkier. Seems like a good time for me to start again before I can no longer grow muscle (apparently you stop being able to build muscle when you reach your late20s)
Its definitely not the easiest to gain at this point, and they go away real quick if ya stop. Had a gym at my previous job but that shut down for covid, and then got my life turned upside down when they put a mandate in place so unfortunatly not in budget anymore. Current job keeps me in shape though so all is not lost
