Hope she gets better soon. That's one of the hardest things to deal with. You don't want to keep them in pain just for you. I struggled with the same thing with my Pitt when he had cancer. They will absolutely tell you when they are ready to go. They will separate and stop eating. If that's not happening then keep going. Dogs can take a lot. There will to live is extraordinary.
