I'm pretty sure it is "you get what you get" unless you either pay for someone to mine you a vanity address, you mine it yourself, or you sign up with another custodial wallet solution that let's you pick your address. You might be able to select your own address if you run your own lightning node/channel, but I'm not really knowledgeable about that yet.
