Definitely possible, but it will likely take many decades for that to unfold, assuming bitcoin is able to scale to that level.

I thought so too when I first got into bitcoin, but as time has passed I’m more convinced it will take longer than what most people think.

I don’t think we’re anywhere near the peak of “then they fight you” phase. That war could drag out decades by itself.
