haha, yeah, you boil bagels, if you do them properly

the romanians do really nice ones tied up in knots... when i was homeless in bucharest the day i discovered them was quite a nice day... tasty and full of energy and chewy and yum and chewy

Yeah! Boil for a minute or so on each side, then bake. That’s how you get the chewy outside! 🤤
