I agree, it is best to enjoy a large spectrum of foods. What is important is that all of this food is produced in a sustainable natural manner without the use of chemical pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, synthetic nutrients, vaccines and etc.

Although if I had to choose strictly between carnivore and vegan diets, I would choose carnivore any day of the week without second thoughts. It is possible to be completely healthy only eating animal products, but it is not possible only eating plants.
