I haven't changed my relays in a long time. Just topped up my wine subscription, but no change on the main feed.

Maybe try some different clients or relays!?
Tried a different client with similar results.
My relays seem to be picking up events so I'm not sure what's happening. It changed overnight.
Had the same issue on Primal around block height 842266. I use the block height bots as mile markers to see when my feed is skipping.
But the issue resolved itself without me changing anything after about a week.
Nice. I've had stuff like that happen for me as well. Patience seems to be the solution more often than not.
