All universal income programs are always funded by the productive people; there is no other way
Pablo, do you really think that the EU's war funding and everything else the EU (and member states) are doing is still funded by tax payers money? If so then every EU citizen has contributed over €400 in the last year alone to the conflict in the Ukraine.

wealth can either be created or stolen
it doesn't show up magically
so yes, any expenditure done by non-productive people (including states) must be stolen from the productive
no, not every citizen has had 400 euros stolen from them; the small percentage of productive people have had much more than that stolen from them in many different ways (not just direct taxes or inflation)
