It’s getting better. Mostly getting up before sunrise between 3-4 AM. Usually wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep and then have to make a concerted effort to sleep again.
Used to fall asleep at like 9-11 AM

Let me see if I get this right. You used to go to sleep between 9 am and 11am?
How long have you been waking up after 3-4 hours? Did you take notice of wha got that triggered or when?
