I gave myself a “fun” push-up challenge before and it did wonders for my strength. Basically do 20 more pushups than the previous day for 2 weeks. Sounds easy but kinda hard once you start getting muscle fatigue.

20 more than the day before certainly doesn’t sound easy! Maybe in a month or two that is something I can try.
Thinking about doing that right now is impossible for me, but makes me want to get to that place where it is.
