the tea drinking season has officially begun in my house! everyday at least one tea, and it probably will be ginger, turmeric and pepper, some random herb and lots of fresh lime juice. π«πΏππ«

pepper helps to bring the anti inflammatory properties into your body from the turmeric and if you add the lemon/lime at a cooler temperature (about 60CΒ°) the vitamin C won't break down.
