the tea drinking season has officially begun in my house! everyday at least one tea, and it probably will be ginger, turmeric and pepper, some random herb and lots of fresh lime juice. 🫚🌿🍋🫖

Here too, but I am more into the classic. Nero/Ostfriese in the morning and different types of

rooibos in the evening.

i like that classic way. Tea is more like a herbal infusion for me 😊

What about like, actual tea?

liKe, aCtShUaL tEa 😂🫶

I used to work with a British guy. I heard him use this exact phrase when offered any kind of herbal tea 😂 I can still see the look on his face.

hahaha I love this so much. 😂 its not wronggg, tea just sounds much smoother than herbal infusion :D

My granny always differentiated, she loved her tea, either way. Tea was for teatime. Later at night you would have a tisane, to not ruin your sleep.

Your little steeper reminds me of those days.

I love your granny dude.

I do to, bless her soul.

just lovely. 🤍

I drink herbal decoctions too don't get me wrong.

naww whats your favorite herb?

Meadowsweet, the Queen of the Meadow of course.

Mädesüß in german, "mäde" maybe from meadow and "süß" means sweet!

thanks for sharing 💚

The first part, I have it on good authority, traces it's etymology to the ancient drink "mead": fermented honey.

Meadowsweet adds bubbly effervessence during the fermentation process, it's really quite wonderful.

Get yourself some Barry's love

It's tea drinking season for me all year🤙🏻

cheeers! I was so not in the mood for tea during the year, but now I get this itch for drinking it daily

Love this keep sharing i want to implement some learnings 🧡🫂💜

pepper helps to bring the anti inflammatory properties into your body from the turmeric and if you add the lemon/lime at a cooler temperature (about 60C°) the vitamin C won't break down.

to add some more :)🫂💚

I love this thx for sharing 💜🫂

I drink green tea too.

People underestimate how powerful this is for gut health.

What tea have you felt makes more of a difference?

what do u mean?

I mean are there different sensations you get from the different teas, or all the same? Earl grey for me is similar to coffee/caffeine etc. I was wondering if some of those teas relax or stimulate you?
