I'm still hesitant about Liquid cause it seems like just another way to bring tokens to Bitcoin but I really enjoyed the talks and blogs on Simplicity (as a Haskell and Idris enjoyer). Basically all Andrew's talks are great and can get you excited about tech and Bitcoin!

Yeah, it's a really clever way to experiment with things that may or may not end up on bitcoin. And simplicity sounds truly amazing — the only scripting proposal I've heard so far that doesn't sound extremely scary.
