Ok, so this my android phone 10 minutes after a reboot with the citrine relay stopped and only this CPU monitor app running. It is pretty much steady like this. Any idea how I can figure out what app is using all this background CPU?

what did you find? are there logs or is it not visible?
Turns out it is spren notification manager. Killed it and CPU dropped right down.
