Ok, so this my android phone 10 minutes after a reboot with the citrine relay stopped and only this CPU monitor app running. It is pretty much steady like this. Any idea how I can figure out what app is using all this background CPU?

15000 sat bounty if someone can help me fix this. Running so hot from the CPU heat it has reduced charge rate, with the high use it is nearly a corded phone.
