Check for spaces, maybe need to remove one of the others to make room for it.
I've come to the conclusion that you have to write the name of the emoji. I've tried People Hugging but nothing comes up. What I did in the image was paste the emoji directly but then no add button appears.
I don't know, this is a bug and its been bugging me... I know the hugging emoji is in the emoji set but for some reason it dose not come up when you search
I even thought it was my problem :)
Adding an add button would solve it 💯 😉
It seems like the site only knows the unicode hugging emote 🤗
