Well I quick think since I have amethyst I can manage multiple accounts through one app 😅 so I will just create a different account and only follow really specific accounts and switch back an fourth

There is a browser app called Nostrgram that has lists.
I’ve just started messing around on it, but I’m not seeing a way to “notify all tweets”.
That’s how I run my Twitter just set to notify for the people I care about seeing and never look at actual timeline.
