Pretty much 😂. Amazing what real food can do for a kid.

Totally! I find when we aren’t eating the healthiest, the kids get puffy eyes with dark circles, their skin gets all weird, and they smell funkier than yesterday’s socks!

Same, we do our fair share of junk occasionally and he gets so moody it's unreal.

So easy to do, but sure not worth it in the end!

Ugh, it never is. Why do we always forget this? 😂
