Pretty annoying to get a perfect sleep score on my Eight Sleep but a poor score on Oura because it thought the couple hours I spent on the couch watching a movie was me attempting to sleep.

You can adjust your sleep time window in oura if it misjudges early morning or late night laziness.
I tracked my sleep for a few years with an Apple Watch but now have concluded sleep tracking is an EMF radiation shitcoin. However I’m also confident I understand the recipe for the best sleep practically realistic after years of passive researching. I also believe knowing your body’s signals without the tech feedback is valuable.
