This time I could finish all sets already in the morning although my arms felt already like jelly before I started 😅

The idea behind:

Every 10 min a new block is mined in the #Bitcoin blockchain, makes ~ 144 a day!

For each block we want to do 1 squat, 1 push up and 1 crunch! For two weeks until the next difficulty adjustment!

nostr:npub1jz005en8k2rz0ug8wexw8s5gjhzxll73sydhg9wu4vplfrzykktsheh5z8 showed already her training with some videos as a proof of work. I still couldn't prepare a proper camera setup but I will do in the weekend. I am not cheating though!

You can also make just pictures before and after the challenge to show your body change for example. Just as you like and feel comfortable with.
