This came out a while ago and was used as a proof of concept or for someone's theoretical discussion, it isn't actually in progress...yet.
Al-Ghaili believes that the technology he proposed is already ready and that we could see this type of installation in less than 10 years. He has the support of experts in the field, but this all depends on whether by then ethical restrictions on the practice are removed. This relaxation is what will determine people's adherence to the new technology. 🤷♀️
