No you’re not. I’m 52 and can still just about move 🤣 - takes a little more time to build up from a break compared to when younger. Regular walking is great for this and over a decent distance. Then build up the pace and turn it into a power walk/jog. Swimming also great in between to promote/keep the flexibility and take the pressure off the joints. (Recovery). Injury often a result of overdoing it/technique.

You don’t feel like you’re falling apart? Maybe there’s differences in old man bodies and old lady bodies 😂

Hmm maybe 😅 - not falling apart (yet). Main changes though have been a drop in flexibility, speed, range of motion etc but that’s natural. Ain’t no 50+ year olds competing with 20-30 year olds in competitive sports. But one can build up and maintain a decent level of the above for a long time.

Flexibility is definitely my strength (thanks yoga) so maybe I’m still doing ok.

Nice! And yes, you’re fine. 💪🏼

Whatever. At least I’m trying to move. That’s more than most stoners

🤣💯
