I'm a smoker, both tobacco and cannabis.
Don't think I'm gonna quit soon, i like them both.
Here's some of the things I do to smoke less and mitigate the health risks:
π€ roll my own cigarettes using cleaner tobacco
π use unbleached slow burning papers for both
πͺ¨ use ActiTube for both
π₯ whenever possible clean mouth after smoking with sodium bicarbonate + water
π· don't drink alcohol
π antioxidant supplements: C, Quercetin, Resveratrol
π« daily deep breathing exercises
π₯¦ sulforaphane food sources
π omega3 from fish oil
