I'm a smoker, both tobacco and cannabis.
Don't think I'm gonna quit soon, i like them both.
Here's some of the things I do to smoke less and mitigate the health risks:
🤏 roll my own cigarettes using cleaner tobacco
📜 use unbleached slow burning papers for both
🪨 use ActiTube for both
🥛 whenever possible clean mouth after smoking with sodium bicarbonate + water
🍷 don't drink alcohol
💊 antioxidant supplements: C, Quercetin, Resveratrol
🫁 daily deep breathing exercises
🥦 sulforaphane food sources
🐟 omega3 from fish oil
