UPDATE: he was rabid, all the neighborhood kids were watching him. The neighbor came home and opened their garage door and it went inside. Game Commission came and got him out. Said he had rabies, smelled like a skunk.

First I’ve encountered that had actual rabies. Always heard about it but never really saw it in the wild
