Is this perhaps another way to answer your question...? From Primal three dot menu, I am choosing either Copy note link and paste straight to Telegram. Or Copy note ID, then paste to njump, then copy the url to Telegram.

I've deleted my experiments from Saved Messages, but happy to replicate them if you think it would help!
