its a setting that hasnt made it to the UI yet. but if you have a relay.tools relay and want to try just lemme know the relays you want to stream and ill set you up.
Any timeline for exposing that feature?

It definitely sounds interesting. If I find some time, I'll install a new relay and see how far I get, but I can imagine people prefering to use this as a service.
