Ha, yeah I guess I didn't mention that I have Umbrel running on a Pi but I want something more robust, Umbrel is not very good imo. Anyway I'll probably use an Ubuntu server. I'm an Arch user but figure Ubuntu might be a better choice for a server.
If you have the tech skills, Ubuntu server with docker should take care of most of your needs
