I think there is a better way - to focus on protocols and capabilities that succeed despite the state.

I mean, that makes sense but -- isn't a lot of the Eurostack stuff specifically about more of the "infrastructure", and/or business software layer?

Like alternative to AWS, etc -- these things aren't really about protocols vs closed source, it's more of building data centers?

They are thinking: ‘instead of’ versus ‘despite’. My approach is that we should use these base infrastructures in a way that we are not dependent on them and can migrate. For example, instead of an IP address, use a NPUB address. Instead of certificate authorities, be your own authority using a NPUB.
