Seems like it's still a "pie-in-the-sky" thing. We don't have electric powered ships. We have imaginary designs and one untested prototype battery.
Some people say things like electric vehicles aren't feasible. In addition to all the EVs that have been on the road for years, we now have electric powered ships that can cross the ocean to add to the evidence that their theory isn't looking so hot.
