Shitcoiner/vp capitalists turned “bitcoiner”. They’re not really a Bitcoin exchange, more of a referral situation/working with prime trust behind the scene. Middleman scammers brokering Bitcoin through prime trust or whatever they changed their name to to the suits. They aren’t providing value by facilitating transactions like strike or cashapp. They’re just using a third party/white labeled version of prime trust to broker your Bitcoin behind the scenes. Also partnered with nefarious actors to offer cloud/institutionalized mining services and now they’re trying to IPO. They’re against everything Bitcoin stands for and the company provides no real value.
