But serious question and I know to be humans is to be a hypocrite
Is 2 weeks long enough to try a full carnivore diet?
I only have 2 weeks before travel kicks on and I fancy it.

I don’t want it in my feed, but can I try it for 2 weeks? “GM” 😉
Don't know, but:
After 4 weeks I couldn't stand more steak. I love steak, but not almost daily for a month.
Fortunately, all my gut problems were already gone after two weeks. No doctor could help me for over 3 years of heavy aches and bad digestion. But a diet on eggs and meat did the trick.
I can eat "normally" again.
For real? After the 4 weeks you went back to a normal diet and your gut just worked again?
At least a month, 3 is better. You might not be feeling good after only 2 weeks as your body and gut adjusts

Yes and no. Have you noticed a difference? If the answer is yes, you’d be very inclined to stick to it even during your travels, which is possible (even by ordering from McDonald’s). If you haven’t noticed a difference, you can share some of the examples of the things you’ve eaten and we’ll see what we can change for improved performance and cognitive function.
