How to make soverignity stuff more enticing would be one I'm dwelling on. I thought of creating a password manager device that would cost $100 and provide a convenient and effective way to keep everything safe and readily available; tested the idea on coworkers and basically got the truth "google does that for me, its all out there anyways man I'm screwed if they want me, there's no point trying now, could you add RGB to it?". We need to figure out how to make it all very cool, which is difficult when a node is a raspberry pi sitting in a cardboard box, a miner is a noisy space heater, and bitcoin can't be touched.

The nihilistic acceptance of growing serfdom is astounding. I guess many people really are capable of being happy slaves.
Maybe we also need to show how horrifying the world will be if they allow things to continue as is.
Ask them how they feel about protecting their thoughts. Will they accept the brain reading devices and shrug it off with a stupid "i got nothing to hide"? Bring up politicians or ideologies in power they dislike and ask if they feel safe with them being the caretakers of allowed thoughts. Don't make it hypothetical. Show them the videos of western elites borderline climaxing at the tech conferences showing this off. Now they won't need to remember anything, Google, or whomever, will do it all for them!
Who do they trust to control their thoughts?
I just give up on people who still dont care after a while. I can bring a horse to water but I can't make it drink.
Maybe, in time, they will get sick of the abuse and come to us for help.

Maybe, its a slow drip drip of convenient things that rarely break on them, google does a fairly good job of protecting you against non-state actors.
