Yes. I laughed when my mother-in-law said this happened to her...then it happened to me 😒

Eating right before bed in general. I always stop eating at least 3h before bed

Yeah, we try to stop it early or have more of a protein snack. It's the sugar or carbs kicking the body in gear that gets them going I think.
