If you are in person, I've been long thinking about integrating deltachat with Reticulum, a mesh network protocol that works well over LoRa.

Basically you need two things - a SMTP/IMAP to LXMF proxy running on rnode and a way to query lxmf keys to use with autopgp (or don't do encryption, lxmf messages are encrypted, the address is already the hash of pubkey).

Having deltachat working over reticulum would be amazing.
